Chocolate cupcakes are good, very good. I heart chocolate cupcakes, as evident by the number of times I baked them in Singapore. And these are great; moist, the perfect texture and not too sweet. The first batch was iced with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate sprinkles. With the second batch, I went a little crazy with food colouring. These were so bright, they were aptly named crayola cupcakes (:
