I’ve had a (un)healthy obsession with making a little of a brittle/cracker hybrid snacker these days. These chocolate brittly snackers are so delicious and very very hard to resist. Not to mention that Steve firmly believes that I am onto the homemade SKOR bar recipe. And believe it or not, these are SO simple to make I didn’t even take the time to google a recipe! It’s literally homemade caramel (butter + sugar) on top of  a layer of crackers with melted chocolate slathered all over the top. And if you’d like, you could totally throw some slivered nuts, sea salt etcetcetc on top of the melty chocolate. Then all you have left to do is wait for it to set, and try not to eat it all before it does (and this is actually probably the most difficult part)!
