This post should probably be called Wednesday Lovin’: Food Edition. I cooked a little home dinner yesterday (spontaneous cooking adventures rock) which consisted of grilled veggies (asparagus, carrots and broccoli), roasted Japanese sweet potatoes (olive oil, sea salt and black pepper, so simple but so good) and grilled salmon. I eyeballed the salmon marinade (soy sauce, dash of rice vinegar, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic and lots of cracked pepper) and it turned out pretty darn awesome tasting. And can I just say how much I love the salmon + leek combination? Yums.
