Short update: This past weekend was spent lazing up in Barrie, sneaking a peek at the veggie garden (did you know that’s how zucchini grows?), lying around in the grass, eating super yummilicious food (S. cooked dinner on sat – sweet corn!), using the awesome laser pointer to cut phyllo pastry (for spring rolls) and making quite delicious peach-grand manier cupcakes (more on that later!).

Now I’ve got to go because my man is making chocolate chip cookies AND dancing in the kitchen (and apparently the cookies are spreading so much we might end up with one BIG cookie).
