It’s been raining the past few days but there’s saying no to a cool and refreshing treat in Singaporean humidity – so I broke out these popsicle makers I got at the baby store the other day. So yesterday, I made watermelon popsicles, some with lemon juice mixed in… but no sweeteners because the watermelon was pretty juicy and sweet already. Next, I want to try out some yogurt popsicles with some fruit, like strawberries or blueberries, and maybe sweetened with some agave nectar or honey. Delicious!
