For dinner last night, we had everything burritos. The boy and I made some of everything: brown rice, guacamole, black bean and corn salsa, sauteed green & red peppers with caramelized onions, pan fried tofu and for the non-vegetarians, some grilled cheese sausages & grilled halibut  – topped off with sour cream & hot sauce for condiments. Everyone sat  around the table and built their own burritos on wholewheat or garlic tortillas. Yummy, easy dinners!
