In the past few weeks, I’ve been trying a variety of made-to-go breakfasts for the husband to bring to work (we are trying to combat his serial forgetfulness to eat meals when he is late or gets too busy).

This morning, we started the day with a cold, delicious organic (lactose-free!) yogurt parfait with honey crumble granola and blueberries. They are not too sweet (use plain yogurt and add just a little honey or agave for sweetness if you like) and have great texture (creamy yoghurt, crunchy granola). Best of all, you can whip them up the night before in a little jar or container (we use saved glass jars from jam and what not) and just take them out of the fridge in the morning when you’re ready to go! Yum.
